Do I have to register to place an order on your website?
Yes, you need to register before purchasing. All customers’ information is confidential and not shared with any third party.
Do you offer phone support?
We do offer limited phone support. Please keep a few things in mind, however. - Orders may not be placed over the phone since an agreement must accompany every purchase to our terms of service. - Phone support hours are M - F from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm. If you wish to call outside of these hours, then feel free to do so. Please leave us a message, and one of our staff members would be happy to return your call. How can I contact you?

When can I expect a response to my email?
Our email is monitored 18 hours a day, and you will usually receive a response within minutes to hours at most.
Are SARMs legal?
Sarms are legal for conducting research. Therefore, all persons are legally able to conduct their research with these compounds. These products are not intended to treat, heal or cure any disease or medical condition.
Do you offer consultation on these products?
We provide high-quality and pure SARMs and Nootropics but do not consult on their research use. Therefore, we cannot respond to such requests.
What’s my legal liability?
All researchers represent and warrant that they are fully aware and knowledgeable about the proper handling of these materials through their review and study. How do I send money with Wise?
1. Sign up with Wise.
Wise will ask for your email address, and you’ll create a password. You can also sign up by connecting to your Google, Apple or Facebook account.
Tip: If you already have a Wise account, go to Home on the website and choose Send money, or tap Send on the app, to set up a transfer.
2. Type in how much you’d like to transfer.
You can start with the amount you’d like to send, or how much you’d like your recipient to get.
Tip: it’s important that we get the exact amount, type that amount into the Recipient gets box. They'll automatically tell you how much you need to send.
3. Let Wise know what kind of transfer you’re making.
4. Fill in your details.
Wise will ask for your personal details, like your address. They need this info to comply with finance regulations, but They'll never share it.
5. Tell them who you’re sending money to.
INPUT our bank details we sent to you along with the confirmation of your order.
6. Review the details of your transfer.
Make sure everything looks right. Add your invoice number as a reference for us.
7. Choose your transfer type and how to pay
Wise will let you know the fees for each option, and how long it should take the money to arrive.

What currency are your prices denominated in?
Our checkout prices are denominated in USD ($). However, our multi-currency system is enabled, prices will be displayed in your local currency.

Why isn’t your site in CAD dollars?
We are a global supplier of reference materials for research. Thus we use the global currency of USD. We currently have a currency converter installed and running on the website so there is no confusion.

How do you measure a product?
Proper measurement is essential. We triple weigh our powders on different scales to ensure accuracy, but we also recommend measuring your product on receipt to confirm total weight or volume.
How long will it take to be seeing results from 99PURITY products?
Each nootropic or SARM has a different effect at different doses on various subjects. Always consider the vast variations in cognitive wiring, chemical, and genetic makeup each subject occupies.
It’s ultimately up to the researcher to be held accountable to research the best program with protocols in place to accelerate the results specific to that subject.

What are your protocols in place to avoid contamination at your facility?
Modern analytical techniques provide highly reliable and accurate results. The reference materials are stored under prescribed environmental conditions, and care is exercised to prevent cross-contamination from other samples, extraneous dust, or the vicinity of other chemicals.
Cross-contamination is minimized by making special arrangements such as proper unidirectional flow of filtered air, masks, gloves, protective clothing by our staff, change of street- footwear with laboratory footwear, and ensuring all samples are stored in air-free containers or polythene packs.
What is my product’s shelf life?
We guarantee a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture with proper storage and handling. Shelf life is variable, and negligible data is available for novel compounds in most cases. Shelf life decreases with exposure to heat, moisture, oxygen, and sunlight, creating free radicals and breaking chemical bonds. Shelf life can be extended by deep freeze (-20°C or -80°C). A powder ingredient in deep freeze could have a shelf life of over ten years with minimal degradation.

Will my product be okay if exposed to high or low temperatures?
Every product has a different decomposition process. The molecules in our products are continuously degrading, although slowly. In due course, there will be a quantifiable decrease in potency. This can take several years with proper handling and storage. Changing the temperature of storage will affect the rate of degradation.
If a product is exposed to a lower than recommended temperature, there will be no increase in the rate of degradation, except that a solution product may precipitate and thus lose uniformity; if a product is exposed to a higher than recommended temperature, the rate of degradation will be accelerated.
Will my product come with a measuring tool?
We supply particular scoops for the product at hand for our powder products, although We always recommend powders be measured using a reliable milligram scale.
Powders have varying densities, translating scoops as inaccurate measuring devices. Spoons measure volume rather than weight, which is problematic because all powders have different densities.
How do you verify products?
We verify every batch of every product with the help of accredited independent third-party laboratories. The equipment and methods required for each product vary widely.
Why are COAs unreliable?
You should not trust a certificate of analysis in usual cases. A highly regarded company or lab should provide raw analytical data, not a COA they made themselves in a PDF editor. They cannot attach it to a reputable third-party lab. They cannot answer technical questions. Analyze the spectra or chromatogram to make sure it’s real. It is usually apparent, look at the dates, the file names involved, the sample name, and run a google image search.
Why is independent third-party testing necessary?
Third-party testing helps assure you are getting precisely what you paid for. A vendor can tell you whatever they want, but if an independent third-party registered lab certifies it, what they say will carry more weight.
A third-party lab is a lab that is not run by the vendor or the manufacturer (first and second parties). The third-party lab should also be independent, meaning they are not controlled by the other parties and have no conflict of interest about the analysis results.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
We consider customer satisfaction our top priority, and for that reason, if you are not satisfied within 30-days of delivery, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will help you.
What is your return policy?
We have a generous return policy for all our customers. If you would like to return an order, contact us with your order # and return request. You may return the unused portion with at least 50% remaining for a full product refund (minus shipping).

How long will my package take to arrive?
Orders placed before 4 pm Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped within an hour or two.

Canada Post - Delivery standard is 1-3 business days, and rural areas take a day or two more.
Canada Post/USPS’s - Delivery standard is 5-10 business days.
DHL is 2-3 days.
Canada Post international Air takes roughly 6-21 business days. (Please know international Air does not supply tracking)

How much does shipping cost?
This depends on the courier, service, and destination you select. The easiest way to determine shipping costs would be to add products to your cart and go to the checkout page.
Is my package being returned to the sender?
If there has been a mistake with the address provided for shipment or a load could not be signed for, They will generally return the packages to the sender. Once the package has been returned, we will notify the customer by the next business day. If the shipping address was inputted incorrectly, there would be a re-shipment fee as we are not at fault. Updated tracking information will be provided once the package has been reshipped.
Is there any hidden fees?
The customer is responsible for remitting VAT and tax and any other duties not associated with the transportation before receiving their shipment.
What are your international shipping terms?
We guarantee international shipments. In all cases, we are responsible for clearing customs. If you believe your order has been caught, we will reship it at no cost to you after we receive proper documentation (seizure letter) from you received by customs. We have been doing this long enough to know how to ship fault-free.
What does the package look like? Is it discrete?
Our packaging is non-descript, and no markings suggest the contents. We recently transferred to boxes for two products or more and bubble mailers for 1 product.
What if my package tracking stops updating?
We will never keep your payment if you never receive the goods. If package tracking stops updating for over 15 days domestically or over 30 days internationally, we will review the case and start an investigation with the carrier. We will reship at no cost after a specific time has been allotted.
When does my package ship?
Your order ships the same day of receiving payment, given the exception of weekends and holidays.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Calgary, Canada, for the US nationwide and worldwide. We ship the same day of receiving the order and email your tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we will send you a tracking number soon as the order ships. Please note: ‘International air’ through Canada post does not support tracking numbers.
Will you send my products to me without labels?
The products we sell can be harmful if misused, and as a matter of regulatory compliance, we label them so that proper warnings are visible. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
