How much is shipping?
This depends on the courier, service, and destination you select. The easiest way to determine shipping costs would be to add products to your cart and go to the checkout page.

My order says 'Delivered', where is it?
If your order is scanned as delivered by the postal service and you have not received it; don't hesitate to contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation, and we will start a criminal theft investigation.
We hold no responsibility after the postal service confirms delivery to your front step.
Okay, to clarify...
If you live in a busy apartment or maybe don't trust your neighbors, and maybe even had mail stolen in the past, please send me a request in the 'customer comments' when filling out the order. Ask for a card drop so I can initiate that with the delivery guy.
A card will be left on your door to pick the package up at the closest postal outlet near you if you are not home.
What are your international shipping terms?
We guarantee your order. We are responsible for clearing customs. If you believe your order has been seized, we will reship it at no cost to you after we receive proper documentation (seizure letter) from you, received by customs.
What if I inputted the incorrect shipping address?
Unfortunately, we cannot cover wrong address re-shipments.
If you input the wrong address, don't hesitate to contact the individual at the address; the parcel can be sent back to us unopened before taking it to the post office and writing a "refused, return to sender." Please note: You will be responsible for the re-shipment fees and return.
Please make sure you input the address correctly. Please go into your account settings and double-check to make sure the address is perfect, as well as the apartment or suite number and buzzer number, if required for entry.
What is the Delivery Standard for arrival?
Below are estimations on arrival time to the location, 99PURiTY is not liable nor responsible for unforeseen delays. We are, however, entirely responsible for you receiving your order at your doorstep.
Domestic areas in Canada
Canada Post - The delivery standard is 1-4 business days, and rural areas take a day or two more.
Canada Post/USPS - The delivery standard is 5-10 business days.
DHL is 1-2 day delivery standard. Expect delay if dispatched at the end of the week...as DHL decided not to work on weekends.
Canada Post International Air takes roughly 6-21 business days. (Please note International Air does not supply tracking.)
New Zealand & Australia
The delivery standard is 21-28 business days.
When will i get my tracking?
Tracking will be provided after payment is collected.
International Air packages through Canada post do not support tracking numbers.

Do you offer any discounts?
We, on occasion, offer discounts. But very rarely as our price is already hard to beat compared to other suppliers with the same high standards of product quality and control. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed of any sales.
How do you measure a product?
Proper measurement is essential. We triple weigh our powders on different scales to ensure accuracy, but we also recommend measuring your product on receipt to confirm total weight or volume.
How is the order packed?
Our packaging is discreet and does not broadcast the contents. We only use high-quality packaging and shipping materials to minimize contamination or deterioration.
Is independent third-party testing necessary?
Third-party testing assures you are getting what you ordered. A vendor can tell you whatever they want, but if an independent third-party registered lab certifies it, what they say will carry more weight.

A third-party analytical testing laboratory is an entity that is not run by an affiliate, vendor, or manufacturer. The third-party lab should also be independent, meaning they are not controlled by the other parties and have no conflict of interest about the analysis, with untampered results that hold the highest accreditations possible.

What if product is exposed to high or low temperatures?
Every product has a different decomposition process. The molecules in our products are continuously degrading, although slowly. In due course, there will be a quantifiable decrease in potency. This can take several years with proper handling and storage. Changing the temperature of storage will affect the rate of degradation.
If a product is exposed to a lower than recommended temperature, there will be no increase in the rate of degradation, except that a solution product may precipitate and thus lose uniformity; if a product is exposed to a higher than recommended temperature, the rate of degradation will be accelerated.
Where are the products manufactured?
All products are developed and made in our ISO:9001 Lab in Texas with the most stringent, patented, manufacturing practices.

Will my product come with a measuring tool?
We supply particular scoops for the product at hand for our powder products, although We always recommend powders be measured using a reliable milligram scale.
Powders have varying densities, translating scoops as inaccurate measuring devices. Spoons measure volume rather than weight, which is problematic because all powders have different densities.
Will you send my products to me without labels?
The products we sell can be harmful if misused, and as a matter of regulatory compliance, we label them so that proper warnings are visible. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Do you offer phone support?
We offer phone support with order questions or concerns. Phone support hours are M - F from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm. The number is on the invoice.

If you inform any of our staff members that you are abusing our policy, we will ban you from purchasing now and in the future.
Orders may not be placed over the phone since an agreement must accompany every purchase to our terms of service.
I am missing an item from my order.
If merchandise is missing from your order or if you received incorrect items, please get in touch with us. Once we verify the claim's legitimacy, we will send the missing item to you at no charge.
All purchases are documented and photographed before shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
What currency is this site in?
We are a global supplier of reference materials for research. Thus, we use the global currency of USD.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
We consider customer satisfaction our top priority, and for that reason, if you are not satisfied within 30-days of delivery, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will help you.
What is the deadline to put in an order to ship same day?
Canada Post 2PM MST | DHL 9:30 AM MST
Canada Post orders placed and paid for before 2 pm MST Monday - Saturday will be packed and dispatched from the warehouse before Canada post deadlines for the day. Orders completed after 2:00 may still be sent out same day depending on when the courier does there pick-ups that day.
DHL orders are dispatched at approx. 11AM MST daily but should be in by the evening prior. A late DHL order may still be accepted for that morning delivery pickup dependant on the courier already being scheduled that morning.
What is the average response time to an inquiry?

Are SARMs legal?

Do you offer consultation on these products?
