Mechanism of Action
AC-262 acts as a partial agonist of the androgen receptor (AR) with a Ki of 5 nM. It binds selectively to ARs in skeletal muscle and bone tissues, stimulating anabolic pathways associated with protein synthesis and muscle hypertrophy.
